Fulfillment Policies

  • Service Delivery

Sqwire is a subscription-based financial wellness platform. Access to the platform and its features is granted immediately upon successful completion of the registration process and payment of the subscription fee.

  • No Refunds 

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription period.

  • Billing Discrepancies

If you believe there is a discrepancy in your billing, please contact our customer support team immediately at customerservice@getsqwire.com. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve any legitimate billing errors.

  • Invoiced Amounts

If you have received an invoice for Sqwire services, the amount stated on the invoice is the agreed-upon amount due for the specified services. Payment is expected according to the terms stated on the invoice.

  • Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period. Your access to the Sqwire platform will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle.
