Constantly Evolving
We use the ADDIE model of Instructional Design to constantly test and improve upon the materials we deliver. In the spring of 2021, we conducted extensive focus group research that helped shape the substance and style of our content.
Inclusive by Design
Not every story or circumstance is the same, and our team writes, designs, and produces with that in mind. Learners see themselves in the examples, and engage the material on their terms with mini-movies, animation, graphics, narration, text, and exercises.
