Multi-channel Training
Every person has a learning preference, and we’ve got them covered. We offer different ways to work towards financial wellness—creating an inclusive environment for all. Learn LIVE, online, or by doing. Learners have the option to choose what topics and styles work best for them.
Always On
Our online training is self-directed so learners can work on the issues that are important to them at the moment, and as those issues change, so can their focus inside the platform. Inside each course they are introduced to a fictional character—a “Course Buddy”—whose story gives learners a relatable narrative that aligns with the financial principles they’re learning.
Lessons include text, videos, graphics, downloadable worksheets and assignments. This ensures that we meet each learner where they are and push them to be their best selves.
As an added bonus, all our programming is also made available to each enrollee’s family members at no extra charge. We know financial wellness is a group effort and we want our learners to be as successful as possible. Encouraging people to work towards financial health together is more effective than an individual working alone.
Full-Service Rollout and Maintenance
From the minute you decide you want to help your people conquer their financial stress and take charge of their financial health, we will be there to make the path simple and stress-free. We understand that your time is a precious commodity and so our program is designed to be hands-on for your employees but hands-free for you. Our team is ready to step in and do work of customization and launch.
- The first step is a fun and informative financial assessment that we will use to begin customizing your program. The financial assessment enables our team to get a good feel for the issues that are weighing heavily on your people’s minds without collecting personal information.
- Next, we move into a multimedia onboarding campaign that introduces Sqwire and the concepts of Financial Wellness and culminates with your first workshop and full program launch.
- Throughout the year, we will continue to engage and encourage your team using email campaigns, team challenges, workshops, and swag.
